The Johnson's - Happy Anniversary

I'm always looking for opportunities to try new cake techniques, so when I heard the Johnson's were celebrating 26 years March 21st I knew that was my opportunity to try a new Chevron pattern. I also try and make my cakes fun, personal and unique.
My daughter and I take Kempo Karate and these are two of our instructors. Their cake is a white wedding cake filled with dark chocolate ganache and decorated with home made marshmallow fondant.
